the confederation of autosport car clubs (cacc) needed a new, revamped website that was easily update-able by people who don't know HTML. cacc also wanted to foster community interaction and wanted a forum and photo gallery.
enlisting the help of a developer for the backend implementation, happy d created an interface that worked easily with the content management software. all HTML and CSS was hand-coded.
